    The Dholera Special Investment Region Development Authority (DSIRDA) is the statutory body responsible for planning, regulating, and managing the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) in Gujarat. It oversees land use, town planning, infrastructure development, and legal approvals within DSIR, which spans 920 sq. km across 22 villages. Its mandate includes preparing development plans, managing government land, and coordinating with developers and agencies to ensure sustainable and organized growth. DSIRDA works closely with the Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL)—a joint venture between the Government of Gujarat and the Government of India—for project implementation. The authority ensures compliance with environmental norms and promotes industrialization, smart city features, and world-class infrastructure.
